Arthur Velasquez

Arthur has spent over three decades at the sharp end of revenue leadership, building, scaling, and turning around sales and customer success teams across some of the most competitive sectors in tech.

His career spans companies including Symantec, McAfee, Intuit, Webroot, Rally Software, LogRhythm, and Natterbox, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. Across those roles, he held exec-level positions covering sales strategy, enablement, operations, customer success, international expansion, both in pre-sales and post-sales. He has led teams across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, and built go-to-market functions from early stage through to global scale, including all types of organizations: privately-led, VC-backed, Private Equity, IPO path, and public companies.

He founded Better Revenue Teams to take that experience fractional, working directly with mid-market and growth-stage B2B and SaaS businesses that need senior revenue leadership without a full-time hire. The work is hands-on: strategy, execution, and the messy middle between the two.

Colleagues and team members consistently describe a leader who is genuinely invested in the people around him, accessible at every level of an organization, and able to create the kind of trust and accountability that moves teams forward. That combination of commercial rigor and human-first leadership is what Better Revenue Teams is built on.

He is based in Denver, Colorado, and works with clients across the US and internationally.
